League Flyover

Registration Window: TBD for 2026 season
Season 1: TBD

League Structure & Scheduling
Season Length: 6 weeks
Weekly Frequency: One official league night per week
Floating Submission Format: Scores may be submitted anytime during the corresponding week of play (Monday–Sunday)
League Night: Once a week there is a designated evening to use flight deck bays to complete your score. Use of the range outside of league night is subject to regular rates.
Session Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours
*Note: League night day/time may vary by season
Instruction: A designated golf professional will be available for the 1st hour of league night weekly to assist in swing changes or trouble shots. Please utilize this team member for your golf development goals.
9-Hole Team Scramble:
Teams compete in a virtual 9-hole scramble format. Please adjust Top Tracer monitors to this format upon check in for league play. On each shot, all players hit, the team selects the best result (typically done so by default), and all players continue play from that position. This format promotes teamwork, improves pace of play, and keeps competition accessible for all skill levels.

Team Composition:
Teams may consist of two or more players. All team members must play the round together for the score when possible.

Team Scoring Guidelines

Flight Deck League requires a minimum of two players per team and allows up to four players per team. All team members are encouraged to play together on the same day for each league week, submitting one team score per hole as part of the scramble format.

If a teammate is unable to attend on the scheduled league day, they may still submit their own round during the corresponding week. In this case, the team’s score for each hole will be the better score among the teammates for that hole. Otherwise, teams should submit a single score per hole reflecting the shots taken collectively as a unit.

Score Integrity:
  • Replay of individual holes or partial rounds is not permitted
  • Scores may not be combined from multiple rounds
  • Selective hole replays or edits will result in disqualification for that week of play

Score Submission
Each team must obtain a physical scorecard from the Hangar Bar or Golf Shop for the assigned virtual course.
Scorecards must include a printed:
  • Team name
  • Date played
  • Tee box used
  • Total 9-hole scramble score

Team fee: $125 for 2 players, $200 for 4 players

Each week a leaderboard is generated for league play, featuring the teams, gross score, where they played and how everyone stacked up. Depending on participation, handicapping may be necessary & this information will be displayed on the weekly leaderboard. Each team is automatically entered into a FedEx-cup style points system for a season long race toward a grand prize. Try your best every week to see improvement in your own game & collect as many points as possible through variable performance.

Additionally, players have access to a closest to the pin competition at the applicable virtual course for a chance at a smaller prize every week. A special QR code will be sent out weekly to sign up for the special event; this will also be displayed at flight deck or the golf shop when you arrive for league night!
Season 1 virtual courses soon to come.
