By providing your electronic signature and continuing to our booking page you accept full responsibility for yourself and your guests, invitees, companions, and entire group in connection with golf activities at Arrowood Golf Course as well as any and all damages caused to the golf course, carts, equipment, premises, property and/or surroundings at Arrowood Golf Course. You agree to permit Arrowood Golf Course to immediately charge, without further notice, any damages to Arrowood property to your credit card on file.

By providing your electronic signature you also acknowledge that engaging in golf activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, property damage, and other hazards (e.g., being struck by a golf cart or errant golf ball). You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with your participation in golf activities at Arrowood Golf Course and fully and forever release and discharge the Arrowood Golf Course, its owner(s), parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, judgments, settlements, liabilities, damages, costs, fees (including attorney’s and consultant’s fees) and/or expenses arising from or related to any injury, loss, or damage you may suffer while participating in golf activities.

No-Show & Short-Show Policy

By reserving a tee time at Arrowood Golf Course, you agree to the following terms:

• A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The individual making the reservation (“cardholder”) is financially responsible for the full number of players booked under their name.
• Our policy requires that any changes to group size or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tee time.
• In the event of a no-show (entire group fails to arrive) or a short-show (fewer players arrive than originally reserved), Arrowood Golf Course reserves the right to charge the card on file for the number of players reserved, $25 per player.
• Charges will be processed to the credit card provided at booking.
• Failure to pay assessed no-show or short-show fees may result in the suspension or loss of booking privileges at Arrowood Golf Course.
