Lesson Redemption Window
All newly purchased golf instruction, including individual lessons, group lessons, and lesson packages, must be redeemed within one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Lessons not used within this one-year period will expire and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This policy is in place to ensure consistent instruction delivery, instructor availability, and program integrity. Lessons are available for purchase in-person as well, however if the lesson isn’t conducted on the same day, the purchase is liable to this policy.
By completing a lesson purchase through the Arrowood Golf Academy online store, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to this redemption policy.
